DELIVERY & RETURNS FAQ
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, wherever possible.
CAN I MAKE ORDER CHANGES?
Please send change requests to cb@skarf.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
Please include your name & order number with your request.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
SKARF.COM accepts the following forms of payment (via PayPal):

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products & sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total & you will be refunded on your original method of payment.
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. If the item you want sells out before you proceed through checkout, you will be notified & the item will be removed from your cart.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DURING CHECKOUT?
If you are having trouble checking out or processing your order there may be conflicts between our site & the particular browser you are using.
You may also contact us directly at cb@skarf.com. Please make sure to let us know of any error messages you received & any other pertinent information about the order so we may better assist you.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders (domestic & international) are shipped from US via USPS. Rates are determined by destination & desired service (standard, express). Orders are processed Monday through Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST), excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays & outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale ^ holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. SKARF.COM cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping.
SKARF.COM holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We are not responsible for carrier delays (due to holiday backup etc). Given delivery times are estimates & are not guaranteed. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Discounted items are final sale.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item(s). Return requests are to be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping & a return authorization number will be issued at this time. Consent must be granted prior to shipping.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused & in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
SKARF has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at cb@skarf.com. Please have ONLINE ORDER # & your full name in subject line of email.
Email us at cb@skarf.com with your return request & include the reason for your return.
If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style, color, etc. we would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see above for the correct return procedure.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card or PayPal account from which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed & up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If an item is discounted from regular price within 7 days of purchase, you may email cb@skarf.com for a price adjustment. Price adjustments could take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement. Items that receive price adjustments become final sale. Price adjustments are not available on merchandise that has already been discounted or merchandise that is part of a special promotion.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy. SKARF.COM only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, & billing address. Because payments are processed via PayPal we never have direct access to or store your credit card information.
